Naturalization & Citizenship

Our law firm has helped hundreds of foreign citizens and nationals through the naturalization process. As a naturalized citizen, you will no longer be subjected to deportation or exclusion from the United States — and, with a few exceptions, you’ll have the same rights as a native citizen.

Our law office can offer legal advice to help you decide whether you or your family members would benefit from becoming naturalized citizens. We’ll help you understand the tax implications of naturalization and how the process can fit into your future goals and aspirations.

To qualify for naturalization, you must fulfill the requirements of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA); in most cases, you must hold a green card before you may file your petition. Naturalization is only granted in the United States, with the exception of certain U.S. military members and their dependents.
