Trump signs order pausing immigration for 60 days, with exceptions

Note:  The spouses and children of U.S. citizens and permanent residents also will be unaffected, but other relatives seeking to immigrate will be blocked.

Note:  The order does not apply to any nonimmigrant visas, which are used to bring temporary workers into the country for seasonal jobs in tourism and agriculture.
