H-1B Initial Electronic Registration Selection Process Completed

On March 29, 2022, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced that it has received enough electronic registrations during the initial registration period to reach the fiscal year (FY) 2023 H-1B numerical allocations (H-1B cap), including the advanced degree exemption (master’s cap). We are delighted to observe that the selection rate for our filings has been higher than expected, but we are hoping to have more selections to share should there be more rounds to come.  We will begin drafting the selected H-1B CAP subject petitions for FY 2023 which are all eligible for filing as of April 1, 2022.   We will continue checking for additional selections, however, and will advise our clients as we see them selected.

Our congratulations to those selected so far and fingers crossed for those still waiting.  We look forward to working with you further.
