DOL Further Delay of Effective Date of Final Rule on Computation of Prevailing Wage Levels

The Department of Labor has further delayed until November 14, 2022, the effective date of the final rule on computation of prevailing wage levels which was published at 86 FR 3608 on 1/14/21. The corresponding transition dates are delayed until January 1, 2023, January 1, 2024, January 1, 2025, and January 1, 2026, respectively. We will provide further updates as they become available.
