2016-11-02 — DOL Alert: Electronic Notification of PERM Letters

The Department of Labor has issued an alert that the Atlanta National Processing Center will begin issuing PERM notification letters and accepting certain audit responses and other responses via email beginning 12/1/16. Certified ETA Form 9089 PERM application letters will not be sent electronically.

    A former U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement supervisor sentenced to more than 11 years in prison for trying to entice a 13-year-old girl cannot challenge the evidence against him or argue he was conducting a human trafficking investigation, but he should be resentenced, the Ninth Circuit said Monday.
