Ingrid Hernandez

Ingrid is an associate attorney in our non-immigrant visa team who focuses on H-1B, L, TN, and F-1 visas. Her legal career began representing individuals in Immigration Court. She has formerly handled preparation of U-visas, Asylum petitions, Citizenship applications, and briefs to the Board of Immigration Appeals.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in History from University of California Santa Barbara, and her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law with a Certificate in Legal Research Writing and Drafting. Both times she graduated with Pro Bono Honors.

Ingrid enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and rooting for the San Francisco Giants.
